See everything we do

A note from me

My father was my everything: my role model in life and in business. He passed away suddenly in December 2020. We asked the people who knew him for clothes to give to people in need, and many gave money too. They have kept giving in his memory every year since.

He always wanted to help people in Pakistan on a bigger scale, but he passed away before I could help him set it up. This foundation is how I do it for him.

Shaz Ahmed

Make a Dua for Him

If he touched your life, or even if you never met him, please make a dua for Shaheed Baba Jee Alhaaj Mukhtar Ahmed (RA).

In his words
  • Humanity comes before everything.
  • Don't feel bad if people only remember you when they need you. Allah has chosen to answer their prayers through you.
  • If you help someone's child today, someone will help yours in the future, whether you are here or not.

His story

From a needle to an elephant

Born in 1935 in Jalandhar, he sold pakoras from a wooden cart as a boy in Burewala, ran market stalls from Galway to Belfast, and built T&A Wholesale Cash and Carry in Stoke-on-Trent. Wherever he went, he helped people find work, gave away the secrets of his trade, and never asked for anything back.

Where the money goes

Every pound reaches the people we help

100%of every donation goes to the cause. My mother and I pay every cost ourselves, including our travel.
1,000+food rations handed out in Ramadan 2026 to families who could not afford food.
1,500+cooked food packs handed out in a single distribution, outside hospitals and where people in need gather.
2hospital wards built and equipped in 2022: a female ward and a nursery.
